Is my Telegram account safe?

Yes. We use Telegram's official MTProto protocol (the same one their own apps use). Your session is stored encrypted on our server and is only used to perform the actions you request. We cannot read your messages — only list and leave groups/channels on your behalf.

Do you store my phone number or messages?

We store your phone number to manage your account and usage quota. We never read, store, or process your messages. Your session file is encrypted and isolated to your account only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What's the difference between free and Pro?

Free users can leave up to 10 groups or channels per month. Pro users get unlimited leaves every month, can batch-process up to 500 chats at once, and get priority support. Pro is available as a yearly plan ($9/yr) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($19).

Can I get banned by Telegram?

We add a small delay between each leave action (0.6 seconds) to mimic natural behaviour and stay well within Telegram's rate limits. This makes bans extremely unlikely. We've designed the tool to be safe for normal use cases.

Can I cancel / get a refund?

Yearly plans can be cancelled anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable as they grant permanent access. If you have an issue, contact us at support@tgcleaner.com.

How do I disconnect my account?

Click the "Disconnect" button in the top-right corner. This ends your session and removes your active connection from our server. Your usage count and Pro status are preserved for when you reconnect.

1. Who We Are

TG Cleaner ("we", "us", "our") is operated at tgcleaner.com. We provide a service to help Telegram users manage and leave group chats and channels in bulk.

2. What Information We Collect

Phone number: Used to identify your account and manage your usage quota.
Telegram session data: An encrypted session file is stored on our server to maintain your authenticated connection. This is equivalent to staying logged in on a device.
Usage data: We track how many groups/channels you leave per month to enforce free tier limits.
Payment information: If you upgrade, payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We only receive a payment confirmation and your phone number — we never see your card details.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not read, access, store, or process any of your Telegram messages.
We do not access your contacts, media, or private conversations.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the TG Cleaner service — specifically to authenticate you with Telegram's API, enforce usage limits, process payments, and provide customer support.

5. Data Storage & Security

Session files are stored encrypted on our servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. You can delete your session at any time by clicking "Disconnect" in the app.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Dodo Payments for payment processing and Telegram's MTProto API for authentication and chat management. These services have their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you disconnect and do not reconnect for 90 days, your session data may be purged. You can request full data deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TG Cleaner ("the Service") at tgcleaner.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TG Cleaner allows registered Telegram users to view and bulk-leave Telegram groups and channels using their own Telegram account. The Service is provided as-is.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid Telegram account to use this Service. By providing your phone number, you confirm you are authorised to use that Telegram account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing your own Telegram group memberships. You must not:

Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
Use the Service to violate Telegram's own Terms of Service.
Share or resell access to the Service.

5. Free Tier & Paid Plans

Free accounts may leave up to 10 groups/channels per calendar month. Paid plans (yearly at $9/yr or lifetime at $19) remove this limit. Pricing may change for new subscribers with notice.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Yearly plans auto-renew annually and can be cancelled at any time — you retain access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable as they grant permanent access to the Service. If you experience a technical issue preventing use, contact us within 7 days for a case-by-case review.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in behaviour that risks harm to other users or to the platform's continued operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not responsible for any changes Telegram makes to its platform that may affect functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TG Cleaner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
