Frequently asked questions
Is my Telegram account safe?
Yes. We use Telegram's official MTProto protocol (the same one their own apps
use). Your session is stored encrypted on our server and is only used to perform the actions you
request. We cannot read your messages — only list chats and perform leave, mute, archive, or
bot clean (block + delete dialog) actions you start.
Do you store my phone number or messages?
We store your phone number to manage your account. We never read, store, or
process your messages. Your session file is encrypted and isolated to your account only. See our
Privacy Policy for full details.
Is TG Cleaner really free?
Yes — completely free. No limits on how many groups or channels you can
leave. Just log in and clean up your Telegram.
Can I get banned by Telegram?
We add a small delay between each leave action (0.6 seconds) to mimic natural
behaviour and stay well within Telegram's rate limits. Bot cleaning is much more conservative:
random 14–22s gaps between actions, occasional longer pauses, shuffled order, and low daily caps
(20/day) to reduce ban risk.
Can I leave Telegram bots in bulk?
Yes. Clean Bots finds private chats with Telegram bots, then
blocks each bot and deletes the conversation (with a long
random delay between each action). Caps: about 12 per request and 20 per day. Jobs run in the
background — you can leave the page and cleaning continues. Deselect bots you still need
(payments, authenticators, etc.).
Is the TG Cleaner Telegram bot back?
Yes — our official Telegram bot @TGCUtilityBot is back online. Open
it in Telegram to launch TG Cleaner as a Mini App (no browser needed). Channel updates still
live at @tgcleanerapp;
